Who we are
Aydora is an independent patient coordination service that helps international patients arrange dental treatment with a licensed partner clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye. Aydora coordinates your enquiry and journey; the dental treatment itself is provided by the partner clinic.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and help arrange your treatment. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:
- Your name and the contact details you use to reach us (such as your WhatsApp number, phone number or email).
- The content of the messages you send us.
- Information you choose to share about the treatment you are considering, including any photos of your teeth you decide to send.
- Your country or city, where relevant to arranging travel and appointments.
How we collect it
We collect this information directly from you, when you message us on WhatsApp, complete an enquiry, email us, or speak with our coordinator.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare treatment information — on the basis of your consent and of taking steps at your request before any agreement.
- To arrange your treatment, travel and appointments with the partner clinic — where you ask us to proceed.
- For health-related details you share (such as photos) — on the basis of your explicit consent.
- To keep records required by law and to handle any complaint or dispute — on the basis of our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to help you:
- The partner dental clinic in Istanbul that will plan or provide your treatment.
- WhatsApp / Meta, as the messaging platform you use to contact us, which processes your messages in line with their own terms.
- Service providers that help us operate (for example secure data hosting and messaging tools), only on our instructions.
International transfers
Because treatment takes place in Türkiye, some of your information is processed there and may be processed by the providers we use in other countries. Where information leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and your treatment, and for any period the law requires afterwards. If your enquiry does not lead to treatment, we delete or anonymise it once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
