Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This policy explains what personal information Aydora collects when you contact us about dental treatment, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We aim to keep this plain and honest.

Who we are

Aydora is an independent patient coordination service that helps international patients arrange dental treatment with a licensed partner clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye. Aydora coordinates your enquiry and journey; the dental treatment itself is provided by the partner clinic.

For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@aydora.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and help arrange your treatment. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

Some of this information — for example dental photos or details about your health — is treated as special category data. We only use it where you have given clear, explicit consent by choosing to share it with us.

How we collect it

We collect this information directly from you, when you message us on WhatsApp, complete an enquiry, email us, or speak with our coordinator.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to help you:

International transfers

Because treatment takes place in Türkiye, some of your information is processed there and may be processed by the providers we use in other countries. Where information leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and your treatment, and for any period the law requires afterwards. If your enquiry does not lead to treatment, we delete or anonymise it once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@aydora.uk. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

How we protect your information

We limit who can see your information, use reputable tools to store and process it, and only keep what we need. No system is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Changes to this policy
